Our security business offers access control and event monitoring, electronic locks, hospitality solutions, mobile apps and credentialing, real estate access solutions, remote access management, video management, and video analytics.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Develop Embedded FW Platforms for Connected Devices

- Work with Hardware Engineers & Cloud team to integrate solutions into Carrier's Backend

- Develop test plans, conduct design & code reviews

- Lead and mentor other engineers

-Work with program management and customers to deliver solutions on time

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to program in C, document, and debug Firmware
• Experience with product development and proof of concepts
• Experience with Sensors, Low Power Electronics, Wired/Wireless design (Ethernet, BLE, WiFi, LoRaWan, 5G, NB-IOT)
• Experience with Secure Software Development
• Experience with FreeRTOS and Embedded Linux
• Experience with Agile Development processes
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Education:

BS in, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of experience developing embedded solutions
