Principal Full Stack Engineer

The Role

Personal Investing (PI) Identity Platform Group is embarking on a multi-year journey to build out modern customer identity capabilities. As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, you will join a team of engineers to create transformative identity management solutions across multiple digital experiences and products, ensuring that PI delivers outstanding digital experiences to customers in a reusable, scalable, and efficient way.

Your Impact:

• Leave a lasting impact on Fidelity's Customer Identity Platform.
• Mentor and grow with the PI Security Identity Platform Group
• Contribute to Fidelity's next generation of digital capabilities.
• Build tooling and platforms used by many Fidelity applications and developers.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 7+ years of programming experience such as Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with securing cloud providers and platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code concepts such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience building enterprise software.
• Experience building modern APIs and microservices, using frameworks such as Dropwizard and Jetty.
• Experience working with developer and CI/CD tooling such as JenkinsCore and Stash
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with tools such as JIRA.

• Building with Cloud services such as AWS Lambda, AWS DynamoDB, AWS SQS.
• Native Cloud security tools and services such as AWS IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager.
• Collaborating with platform engineers on security best practices.
• Building and working on cloud security controls and cloud compliance programs.
• Securing cloud deployments.
• Building out security tooling and services.
• Passion for cybersecurity.
