Job Description

Primary Objective of Position: This position will build and support data and integrations across Winnebago Industries. Primarily responsible for driving modern tools and approached to data utilization, this is a hands-on engineering position but also a role which requires leadership and education of the engineering team, as well as stakeholders across the entire organization, as we develop new, more-efficient ways of collecting and presenting data for enterprise and business unit functions.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Lead Engineer for all of Winnebago Industries' Cloud Data Platforms and Integrations
  • Support existing / legacy data platforms and integrations
  • Build out of new enterprise data and integration assets, ensuring solutions delivered are fit-for-purpose and meet the agreed upon service level agreements and objectives
  • Partnership with key business stakeholders to ensure designs meet the business need and there is shared ownership of outcomes
  • Shared ownership of data quality, data integrity, privacy, and protection for all in-scope solutions within the Data and Integration COE
  • Other duties as assigned based on business need

Critical Competencies
  • 5-10 years proven experience in Azure Cloud Data Warehousing, DataBricks, Azure Data Factory, and Mulesoft - design, build, and support
  • Strong understanding of and advocacy for Dev/Sec/Ops competencies.
  • 5-10 years using Azure DevOps
  • 10-15 years SQL coding experience
  • Proven ability to partner with key business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that exceed expectations
  • Proven ability to identify new data and integration tools and patterns that advance business capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture to design and deliver world-class data & integration patterns and solutions

Education & Experience
  • 10-15 years' experience (in roles with increasing responsibility) required in designing, delivering, and supporting data and analytics capabilities using Microsoft Azure, Mulesoft, and SQL
  • This position may require travel to other Winnebago locations.
