We're looking for a Principal IT Engineer-Digital Workplace

Cornerstone is looking for a Principal Engineer DWT who will closely work with the Digital Workplace Tools (DWT) Lead to deliver solutions to enhanced digital workspace experience around: End User Access Provisioning Automation, Collaboration & Productivity Tool Roll Out and Stabilization, SharePoint Sites and Support, Document Management, and Intranet & Workplace Search Services. This is a hands-on role that will include design and development of solutions and will report into Sr Manager - ServiceNow & DWT based out of our Dublin, CA office.

In this role you will

• Design and implement systems and processes for Collaboration, Messaging, and Productivity technology.
• Design, plan, and prioritize a portfolio of projects to solve the identified issues and support services that are unique and specific to Digital Workplace.
• Shape and build the feature release and platform lifecycle roadmaps for all Collaboration, Messaging, and Productivity services including but not necessarily limited to Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Slack and related tools.
• Enhance large segments of our daily workflow such as Meeting Experience, File Sync & Share, Chat, Content Collaboration, and Community Management.
• Work closely with the global IT Security and Compliance Team to implement security standards across the organization.
• Engineer solutions to ensure that IAM solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies, and comply with information security requirements.
• Familiarity with Okta's IAM platform is crucial. Understand the core concepts of Okta, such as user management, authentication, authorization, and API integration.
• Gain proficiency in Okta Flow, a low-code workflow automation tool. Create and manage workflows using Okta Flow's visual interface, connecting various systems and automating processes.
• Build custom SSO integrations (SAML, SWA, OAUTH) in Okta.
• Participate in Okta connector configuration , custom connector development and relevant third-party system integration.
• Strong expertise in Role Modelling & implementation of Role Based Access Control framework.
• Implementation of self-service features, password features (Forgot password, Change Password), provisioning features, custom rules and configuration of various roles and policies in Okta.
• Support Slack with Workspace creation and administration, Slack Web-hook creation for custom bots and apps.
• Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans/scripts, and resolve deviations or exceptions for newly developed IAM solutions.
• Create and support security policies, standards, and processes based on CSOD business goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

You Have What It Takes If You Have

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Slack, Okta and Okta connector development experience with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• A solid foundation in web development is important. Understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks to build and customize Okta's user interface and integrate it into existing applications.
• At least 4 years of experience with Jamf Pro, Intune, Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Powershell, and XML.
• Experience in developing applications using Java, J2EE components including Servlets, JSP, JDBC.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools, Engineering, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent degree and experience.
• Experience with design/architecture for collaboration & productivity tools; delivery management; operation management; service management; infrastructure and operations for global company.
• Experience in implementing tools like Slack, Teams, etc.
• Experience, File Sync & Share, Chat, Content Collaboration, and Community Management.
• Deep knowledge of, and experience with, networking technologies and infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion to work within a fast paced, high-energy, high-tech environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and/or teams across multiple functions.
• Good understanding and experience in AWS Cloud infrastructure Platform.

Total Rewards:

At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.

The base salary range for this position is: $111500 - $178400 USD

In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).

This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual's pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
