Core Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for generating, designing, and implementing talent solutions and products for ~5000 teammates. Partner with group leaders to discover unmet needs, and then evaluate, build, or buy solutions to enable corporate and operational strategy. Furthermore, you will be:

  • Helping clients design, prototype, and launch innovative learning products and experiences, translating behavioral insights from design methods into viable business outcomes.
  • Building stakeholder relationships with group leaders by offering a clear value proposition, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring fast and reliable delivery of solutions that increase efficiency and prepare teammates for success.
  • Guiding and collaborating with teams of designers and fellow strategists to build and implement solutions that realize untapped value.
  • Owning the planning and development of solutions aligned with strategy and business case, including the identification of hypothesis, success criteria, key metrics, roadmaps, data collection, and translating after action reviews into recommendations.
  • Mentoring and guiding development of more junior team members to help them achieve personal and professional growth.

  • Are open and agile with excellent collaboration and communication skills as well as comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills including quantitative methods such as ROI modeling and prioritization frameworks.
  • Have experience in behavior design methodologies, content strategy and data + technical skills.
  • Have a record of designing and implementing innovative experiences, content, and peer to peer learning that drive engagement, excitement, and improve team performance.
  • Have an extensive network of other design thinkers and industry leaders.

Organizational Relationship

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
