Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that the business submitted through the broker dealer complies with regulatory requirements and the written supervisory procedures of OneAmerica Securities. This individual needs to be able to understand the client needs and how the recommended products meet those needs. This review needs to be timely and accurate to align with company standards.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding of products and strategies offered through OneAmerica Securities.
• Approving new business transactions submitted through the broker dealer.
• Approving account updates and deposits for client accounts.
• Communication with financial professionals on their submitted business, regulatory requirements, and general questions.
• Collaboration with internal business partners on process and procedures.
• Placing trade orders.

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

• Bachelors Degree
• FINRA Series 7, 24 and 65/66 or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Required Work Experience

• 5 year in the financial service industry or insurance industry
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 06A

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
