- Unified Collaboration Services (Microsoft Teams/Skype)
- Digital Support Services (Global, Multi-Channel Service Desk, Tech Bars, Self Service, Proactive Support using AI/Robots/tooling
- Modern Device Management - Automating the supply, provision, delivery of new laptops to end users, specification of device is tailored to end user persona/classification within the business; includes Virtual Desktop Services (VDI - with Citrix or VMware)
- Software Asset Management - Companies spend (literally $millions every year on license renewals - we have IP to automate this analysis and remove human intervention to drive better cost outcomes.
- Experience working in Tier 1,2 Technology and/or System Integrator industry.
- Track record of closing Workplace deals in the $5m-100m TCV.
- Experience in leading the development, execution of close plans as part of winning sales pursuits - Individual has gravitas/presence at board level.
What you will do
- Provides industry expertise and client business acumen. Serves as an established subject matter expert in Workplace & Mobility.
- Candidate is expected to demonstrate ability to create net new opportunities as well as sell into existing clients
- Owns opportunities from discovery through the various sell cycle phases till closure
- Ability to originate large deals with complex sell cycles; total contract value between $5M and $100M
- Leads the creation and execution of pipeline expansion to ensure account growth objectives are met.
- Manages internal and external customer relationships. Promotes and drives the establishment of technical credibility of Workplace Offering group with existing and prospective (new logo) clients.
- Establishes industry credibility with the client critical to progressing and closing deals sold to line-of-business (outside IT.)
- Drives change within the account and contributes to a culture within the account team that is open to industry changes to enhance account team performance.
- Interfaces directly with clients daily to progress opportunities, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships, and identify additional opportunities for company solutions.
- Provides the ability to cultivate trusted relationships with senior IT/Business leaders by demonstrating an understanding of key business challenges within customer markets and how company technology-enabled business solutions can address those needs.
- Envision creative sales/solution strategies that make DXC unique in the eyes of the customer
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5+ years of selling Workplace business solutions, this can include technical consulting, and or Pre-Sales solutioning experience in W&M
- Experience leading complex deals
- Experience working with industry changes and incorporating same into account services
- Skilled in sales, account management & growth
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,400 - $177,200.
