Principal, Order to Cash

DIRECTV is seeking a Principal, Order to Cash Manager to join our Finance team. This leader will be responsible for supporting strategies across the Order to Cash team and participate in defining and communicating business requirements to both internal and external stakeholders. Typically act as an individual contributor while managing third party vendors to ensure complex
initiatives and key performance metrics are achieved, a critical role to the DIRECTV Finance Organization's ability to successfully attain their business goals. Additional key responsibilities of this role include:

• Champion innovation and automation strategies to meet organization financial and operational goals
• Facilitate meetings and identify key contributors within the DTV resources
• Recommend and manage innovative processes that allow for strong financial risk assessments and tasks associated with risk and identity authentication
• Interacts with legal and regulatory partners to ensure compliance
• Manages operational objectives and assignments, and delegates assignments to subordinate managers and ensures service levels and quality are adhered to
• Communicate recommendations with leadership on key deliverables
• Involved in developing, modifying, and executing company policies which affect immediate operations companywide
• Acts as a liaison with technology partners to reduce erroneous decisions that may in result in critical delays in schedules and or unit operations and may jeopardize overall business activities
• Regularly interacts with management and vendors on matters concerning specific functional areas and or customers

What you'll need to be successful:

• Typically requires 5 to 7 years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
