Job Description

You are a member of the management team of your respective Competence Center/Country. You will establish and develop business activities in your area of expertise and generate trustful and sustainable relationships. In your role, you will closely monitor relevant market trends, develop new approaches and methodologies and translate them into impactful business strategies. You will drive, oversee and manage the delivery of value creating consulting mandates. As trustworthy mentor, you will build and develop a dedicated team, help people to grow within the firm, thus ensuring Roland Berger's long-term success.
