Your role as the Principal, Partner Ecosystem

This role functions as a senior member of the delivery team and is widely recognized by peers and clients as an expert in partner channel, based on breadth and depth of capability. As a Practice Principal, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Bridge Partners to create, sell, and deploy integrated and innovative partner channel solutions for our clients. 

Summary of core responsibilities

  • Client delivery – Be a trusted advisor on strategic client advisory engagements across multiple accounts. Lead, manage, deliver as the senior subject matter expert.
  • IP and brand – Create and deliver innovative partner channel go-to-market methodologies and thought leadership content and actions for partner/channel clients.
  • Capability – Activate new techniques, tools and expertise to elevate our partner ecosystem services; create content, and drive practice competency and community development.
  • Sales support – Contribute to practice strategies, project definition and scoping; assist in pursuit of new clients and grow of existing accounts.
  • Leadership – Build trust and recognition as a leader internally and externally as a partner channel expert. 

Your skills and approach

  • 10-15 years experience within management consulting/professional services within cloud/technology clients
  • Deep awareness of current partner channel industry dynamics, business drivers, and functional best practices
  • Experience and subject matter expertise across partner channel, with depth in multiple capabilities within the solution and practice area such as: partner business models, partner sales strategy and incentive models, cloud marketplace GTM, partner program design, strategic alliance development.
  • Subject matter expertise in multiple partner types such as: MSPs, GSIs, Hyperscalers.
  • Superior strategy, analysis, problem-solving, negotiation, communication and decision-making skills
  • Vision and capability to create innovative, accessible, and market-ready IP and sales materials
  • Proven track-record of excellent client service and delivery of enterprise solutions and large projects, including executive stakeholder management

The salary range for this role is anticipated at $150,000/year plus additional incentive eligibility. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate.
