Position Title: Principal Product Designer

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Location: 6770 Edmond Street, Las Vegas, NV 89118

Duties: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of engaging and intuitive end-to-end digital designs for responsive web and native app environments. Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards where necessary. Lead design team on integrating visually and enhance creative concepts, information architecture, UI, and navigation design for responsive web and native app environments. Partner with VP Design and Design Team members and Product partners to resolve usability and desirable concerns. Work with technology leadership to conduct workshops and support user research with an understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods, including iterative usability and concept testing, participatory design, ethnography, contextual inquiry, surveys, and holistic usability studies to define early-state design and feature definition activities. Synthesize users research findings with usage analytics to provide insights to inform design direction. Own and manage the delivery materials that support design, research and testing using collaborative tools and processes. Contribute to unified visual and interaction language across flows and channels with ability to generate guidelines for new design patterns and frameworks. Ensure and advocate for new design standards and patterns, in collaboration with research, product, marketing, and engineering teams, based on trends, brand and user feedback. Position requires 20% domestic travel. May work remote.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or closely related field of study and at least eight (8) years of experience as a Lead Designer, UX & UI Designer, Interaction Design Intern, Sr. Industrial Designer, Industrial Designer, Design Executive, or closely related occupation. Employer will also accept ten (10) years of experience as a Lead Designer, UX & UI Designer, Interaction Design Intern, Sr. Industrial Designer, Industrial Designer, Design Executive, or closely related occupation in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of experience. Also requires experience in the following:

• Five years of experience in creating and maintaining information architecture and interaction designs for new features using design tools like Figma, Sketch and Miro/Mural;
• Five years of experience in responsive web, Apple iOS and Android Material Design Standards; and
• Four years of experience in designing for hospitality or e-commerce industries.
