Working with us means you will be on a path to define a new leader. As a senior design member, you will be responsible for crafting an intuitive and appealing solution for our customers and users. You will be working closely with renowned security experts, product managers, design leadership, and the best technical minds allowing you to expand your knowledge not only in design but functions like protective intelligence, case management, and security systems. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about solving complex design problems, a creative problem solver, and an advocate of simple and valuable experiences

What you will do

• Lead design projects from requirement gathering to creation and delivering solution and be responsible for creating value to end-users and customer
• Lead product vision with high quality designs to drive opportunities across the product landscape.
• Apply deep systems thinking and understand complex relationships between modules and data to drive better design outcomes.
• Understand business, personas, and their context deeply to produce practical, impactful, and usable designs.
• Solve complex use cases into logical user journeys and transform them into an elegant solution.
• Develop high level and detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate ideas, information flow, and interaction design.
• Create design frameworks and design guidelines for the development team to deliver quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product managers, UX designers, technologists, and peers to make an impact.
• Present design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale internally and externally.
• Deliver modern, trendsetting, aesthetically rich, and human-centric design.
• Design for web, tablet, and mobile platform.
• Plan, prioritize and work with junior colleagues to make recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of the design team's culture, processed and quality standards

What you should have

• 8+ years of product design experience designing complex or enterprise-level software.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in digital product design, interaction design or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Good attitude with a growth mindset and belief in ownership and accountability.
• Experience working on enterprise products/SaaS-based product.
• Right skills, mindset, and knowledge of tools to do your work.
• A portfolio of design work that conveys diversity and the ability to ship complex designs.
• Detailed understanding of product use-cases, information design, interaction design patterns, and usability principles.
• Knowledge of visual design principles, visual hierarchy, composition, and UI design patterns.
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions to team and leadership.
• Experience with Figma (We simply love using Figma for everything in design)
