Responsibilities

• Create cohesive vision and strategy across products and lead innovations
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to influence GTM strategy for innovative products
• Lead & manage key GTM partnerships
• Work on issues that impact KPI or future concepts, products or technologies
• Create formal networks with key decision makers and serve as external spokesperson for the organization
• Manage high-impact/large-scale projects/initiatives and cultivate leaders
• Exercise wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
• Develop business plans and feasibility studies, identifying product concepts for commercialization
• Define business case and partner readiness to prioritize among feature requests to ensure optimal ROI
• Define/Optimize product Management processes on new or special assignments
• Potentially supervise the product management activities of other PMs

Experience Requirements:

• Engineering degree in EE, CS or similar or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. MBA preferred
• 12+ years of product Proven experience in developing and leading teams of Product Managers
• Empathize deeply with our customers and advocate for their needs
• Experience with Product Strategy and Creating, owning and driving product vision that enhances market value
• Experience with enterprise mobility products is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle (concept through deployment and maintenance) is required
• Proven previous experience in user- focused mobile-first services and applications
• Technical and business confidence to assert and/or defend positions regarding definition and priority of features
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels in the organization
• Able to travel internationally (<25%)
