As a Principal Product Manager - Consumer Banking you will be responsible for owning the product strategy, detailed feature roadmap and ultimate success of your product suite for the US Consumer Banking market. As a member of the
product team, you will work collaboratively with developers and other key
stakeholders across the organization to take the right ideas from concept to
final delivery and adoption in the market. Product Management at nCino is a

Responsibilities
- Be a front runner to push product vision, strategy, development, and execution to establish world-class, industry-leading, well-adopted products
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going conversations with customers and non-customers
- Keep one eye on our fast moving environment to ensure we remain well positioned
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of consumer banking rules and regulations
- 6+ years of product management experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance
- Experience in researching market trends and needs analysis
- Demonstrated ability to execute in the product manager role
- Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including
- executives
- Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting
- customer interviews
- First hand experience with Consumer Banking products, services
- and workflow
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
- Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into
- actionable requirements
- Travel Requirements - < 10%
