Overview:

As a Principal Product Manager at LivePerson, you will lead our product integration strategy with 3rd party vendors. This is an opportunity for a product leader to set a vision for the future to improve the industry, and build with support from the highest levels of the LivePerson organization. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Management.

You will:
  • Drive product vision for integrations across the LivePerson platform. The strategy should strike a balance of unlocking new segments of customers that increase pipeline growth and improve overall customer retention
  • Be the product lead for integrations throughout the platform, working with strategic partners and our teams to integrate and deliver capabilities.
  • Understand LivePerson's growth strategy and how each integration fits into the bigger picture of creating a seamless user experience.
  • You'll be at the center of developing an integrations strategy; measure and assess the value and efficiencies driven by those integrations will be key.
You have:
  • 6+ years of product management experience and experience taking a product through the complete life-cycle
  • You have prior experience leading integration strategies for commercial products
  • Experience in enterprise product management roles, including enterprise and Saas Solutions
  • Experience in voice, voicebot or messaging technologies and capabilities
  • You have worked in fast-growth environments and helped create new products
  • Experience with integrations in a product management capacity
  • Experience working with APIs and SDKs in an engineering capacity
  • Experience as an external facing product manager
