We're looking for a Principal Product Manager

This role is Hybrid

Cornerstone on Demand is looking for a data-driven, customer-focused individual for a Principal Product Management role for it's LXP product suite. This role requires deep customer empathy and most importantly very sound PM thinking. The Principal Product Manager will partner with a dynamic cross-functional org, to expand and serve our customers worldwide.

Preference for hybrid in Dublin, CA area and may consider PST/MST candidates.

In this Role you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end product life cycle for the flagship product features
  • Understand customer and user needs in-depth; communicate those needs crisply and succinctly
  • Work with design and distributed Engineering teams to translate business needs into clear priorities, a compelling roadmap, and high-impact, innovative features
  • Actively maintain a view of how the market, competition, and technologies as they change, and factor it, as well as feedback from internal groups and customers, into the product direction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional organization, including other Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Account Management, Customer Success and Support functions, to solve for business limiters within your control and pursue key business accelerants

You have what it takes if you have

  • 7+ years of PM experience building enterprise software products and/or tech services
  • Background in enterprise B2B & Marketplace models
  • Deep experience in API offering, Web technologies, PaaS and SaaS
  • Have led or guided PMs and Engineers in building complex and sophisticated products or platform
  • Has written multiple vision/strategy documents and PRD's
  • Has worked in highly collaborative companies across time zones
  • Experience working directly with customers in collaboration with sales/systems engineering teams for large deployments and deals
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting dimensions and to be clear on the minimum capabilities that matter
  • Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify patterns and synthesize disparate data into a coherent whole
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy
  • A passion for usability and a knack for simplicity
  • Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time
  • Experience with Agile software methodologies
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations

Total Rewards:

At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.

The base salary range for this position is: $130800 - $209300 USD

In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).

This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual's pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
