We're searching for a passionate and technical Principal Product Manager to lead the charge in developing and scaling our next generation of data-driven products. You'll be an entrepreneurial leader who can navigate uncertainty, translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies, and spearhead the creation of products used by millions.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively Own the Product Vision and Roadmap: Partner with key stakeholders across engineering, data science, sales, capital markets, and strategy to define the future direction of our core product offerings.
- Champion a Data-Driven Product Roadmap: Collaborate with various teams to prioritize initiatives based on a data-driven framework that considers market trends, customer feedback, and potential business value.
- Lead a Collaborative Product Development Process: Guide the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, fostering a cross-functional environment that ensures a seamless user experience.
- Partner with Engineering to Ensure Technical Excellence: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and architectural soundness of product decisions, leveraging your technical background for clear communication.
- Spark a Culture of Innovation: Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and experimentation are encouraged. Partner with cross-functional teams to explore new business opportunities and identify unmet customer needs.
- Build Strong Relationships Across the Organization: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- A seasoned product leader with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies.
- Possess a strong technical background with the ability to read, understand, and discuss code.
- Proven track record of building and scaling products that generate massive datasets and operate at scale.
- An analytical thinker who thrives on data-driven decision making and utilizes metrics to measure success.
- A born problem solver with a knack for identifying opportunities in ambiguity and crafting innovative solutions.
- A natural communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
- An inspiring leader who fosters collaboration and empowers cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and a relentless drive to make a significant impact.
