Principal Product Manager

This role is ideal for a strategic, customer-focused product leader who thrives on driving impactful product initiatives in a fast-paced online environment. You will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experiences, particularly in checkout and post-purchase workflows. Partnering closely with UX, research, and engineering teams, you will leverage data, experimentation, and market insights to identify unmet customer needs and deliver solutions that drive measurable business results. This role offers autonomy to own ideation, alignment, delivery, and iterative improvement, while mentoring others and influencing product practices across multiple surfaces. You will play a key role in shaping the product vision and driving outcomes that directly impact customer satisfaction and business performance.

• Define and drive forward-looking product strategy for checkout and post-purchase surfaces, aligning with broader business goals
• Lead the planning, execution, and prioritization of product initiatives across multiple platforms or surfaces
• Serve as the subject matter expert for product areas, using research, feedback, and data to guide decisions and coach others
• Partner with engineers and designers to translate strategy and requirements into actionable stories and deliverables
• Design and analyze experiments to validate customer needs, optimize features, and inform roadmap decisions
• Drive portfolio-level product outcomes, increasing velocity and scale of value delivery
• Communicate results, learnings, and next steps effectively across stakeholders and impacted teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced online or digital environment
• Proven ability to lead the definition, execution, and prioritization of complex product roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, hypothesis-driven experimentation, and data-informed decision-making
• Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of writing product feature requirements, building backlogs, and working within Agile methodologies
• Experience leading collaborative teams of engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence across teams
