Duties: Manage the full product lifecycle, including documenting workflows, writing specifications, creating mockups, gathering user feedback, guiding feature development, and evaluating outcomes for continuous improvements. Define outcome and quality metrics for product features and market results, leveraging technologies such as Mixpanel, SmartLook and MySQL. Define new products and features to automate clinical workflows using Agile Scrum methodologies and systems thinking. Assess different technologies and vendors to meet business requirements for clinical workflows such as third-party integrators for best in class partnerships, requiring detailed, analytical assessments that are communicated across the organization for purchase decisions. Determine requirements for solving key technical and business problems, and developing overall concept for new features/products to ensure timely delivery and meeting business goals. Contribute to the documentation of new products and features, oversee projects to ensure timely delivery of key milestones toward project completion, coordinate across multiple functions, and drive personnel and workstreams to manage risk. The person who fills this position may work remotely from anywhere in the US. Required to report to the company HQ up to once per quarter. Up to 20% travel to domestic locations only.
Requirements: Master’s degree in any Engineering field, Business, Data Science, or related, plus five years of product management experience in the healthcare technology industry. Three years of the required experience must have included using Mixpanel, SmartLook, and MySQL to define outcome and quality metrics for product features and market results; performing gap analysis for new product requirements; overseeing workstreams and managing stakeholders; and experience with project management. Five years of the required experience must have included using Agile Scrum methodologies to define new products and features to automate workflows; using Confluence, Lucidchart, Whimsical, and Figma for project management collaboration; experience with Jira; and working with an electronic medical record system.Â
Salary: $176,210/year.
