Principal Product Manager, AI

The Role:

• Drive AI Strategic Vision: Develop a comprehensive and forward-thinking roadmap for AI, unifying the product spectrum.
• Collaboration: Work alongside Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams in implementing advanced AI-based features and solutions.
• Product Ownership: Assume responsibility for defining, launching, and driving new AI initiatives for our product.
• User Experience: Oversee the product user experience and ensure it meets the highest standards, keeping in mind user requirements and business goals.
• Detail-Driven: Manage and prioritize the fine details of initiatives, advocating for resources where needed and ensuring key steps are not overlooked.

Qualifications:

• Have 2-3 years of prior experience managing or building a product with a high-performing team.
• Possess an intimate understanding of AI, prompt engineering, and LLMs.
• Be self-driven, solution-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in seeking resolutions.
• Exhibit a keen eye for outstanding user experiences and a deep appreciation for design thinking.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Have some cool wins under your belt.

Salary Range: $175000 - $207,500. This position is eligible for the following benefits:
