In this role, you will shape the future of enterprise customer education by defining strategy, identifying high-value opportunities, and guiding product direction across a fast-evolving B2B SaaS environment. You will operate as a senior individual contributor with significant influence across teams, blending product vision, customer insight, and analytical rigor to drive meaningful business impact. The position requires a strong ability to move between strategy and execution, from uncovering market opportunities to validating early concepts through rapid experimentation. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to translate ideas into scalable solutions that improve how enterprises educate and enable their customers. With a strong focus on innovation and emerging technologies, particularly AI, you will help redefine how learning experiences are delivered at scale. This is a highly strategic role where your work directly shapes product direction and long-term growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and define the segment strategy for enterprise customer education, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, and size new opportunities using customer insights, data analysis, and market research
  • Lead ideation and validation of early-stage product concepts through prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement
  • Build compelling, data-backed business cases to secure alignment from senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Guide product teams through execution by maintaining clarity on outcomes, priorities, and success metrics
  • Provide strategic influence and mentorship to other product managers across the segment to ensure alignment and impact
  • Integrate AI and emerging technologies into product thinking to enhance learning and customer education experiences
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for customer education strategy across the organization
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments
    • Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes
    • Strong experience in 0-to-1 or early-stage product environments with comfort in ambiguity and rapid iteration
    • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build business cases and forecasts
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence executive and cross-functional audiences
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
    • Deep curiosity and understanding of AI and emerging technologies and their application in product innovation
    • Experience in customer education, enablement, or learning platforms is a strong plus
