• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager (ex. Software Engineer)
• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or related role 
• Experience building platforms, driving back-end features from ideation to delivery
• Deep empathy for customers grounded in data and research
• Inquisitiveness to learn new domains and systematically work through ambiguity and competing concerns with your team
• Prior experience working at or with Affiliate Networks a plus
• BS/BA degree in a technology related field
