The Role: As a Principal Product Manager at Apollo, you will be instrumental in elevating our engagement products to new heights. Your primary focus will be on enhancing W4 product retention and increasing the 'Aha' moment for our existing paid users. You will play a crucial role in integrating Apollo’s suite of products, including the Homepage, Sequence, Emails, Extension, and more, to improve overall product experience and discovery.

You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap to build a best-in-class engagement product, distinguished by ease of use, user retention, adoption, and success. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our sales engagement platform, ensuring it continues to deliver exceptional value to our users.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Roadmap: Lead the prioritization, sequencing, and execution of the sales engagement product roadmap. Align cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features on time and with precision.
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for our sales engagement platform, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders and driving execution towards our long-term goals.
  • Enhance User Adoption: Identify opportunities to improve user adoption and engagement, setting and achieving ambitious targets. You’ll be responsible for growing adoption from 23% to over 50% within 6 months.
  • Expand the Platform: Spearhead the expansion of our product to new markets and segments, ensuring our platform scales with best-in-class user experience and reliability.
  • Innovate Constantly: Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to ensure our product remains at the cutting edge of the sales engagement space.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: You have 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within sales engagement, CRM, or a related field.
  • Strategic Thinker: You excel at setting a vision and strategy, with a track record of delivering against ambitious goals.
  • Execution Mastery: You have a strong execution focus, with the ability to manage complex projects, align teams, and deliver impactful results.
  • User-Centric: You’re passionate about creating products that users love, with a deep understanding of the sales process and the challenges faced by sales teams.
  • Data-Driven: You rely on data to inform decisions, measure success, and iterate on products.
  • Collaborative Leader: You work well across teams, with the ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with self-serve B2B SaaS products and experience with products leveraging Generative AI are a plus.
