The Opportunity
Frame.io, an Adobe Company, is changing the future of how content is made by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. We're looking for a hard-working and accomplished Product Marketer to join the Product Marketing Team focused on enabling our B2B go-to-market motion!
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our B2B GTM product marketing strategy. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to drive high-impact launches, acquire in-depth customer and market feedback to inform strategy, develop campaigns, and messaging and collateral to enable our sales team. This position is ideal for a data-driven, self-starter who is comfortable working on ideation, management, and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth. The role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, best practices, and experience in support, and enabling sales teams in a B2B SaaS company.
What you'll Do
- Develop and drive B2B product marketing strategy for Frame.io, including target market identification, persona development, positioning and messaging, and go-to-market plans
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, battle cards, website, sales content, case studies, and product demos
- Support the sales team in their efforts to close deals and increase adoption at scale
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape, and provide insights and recommendations to the broader team.
- Influence the pricing and packaging strategy
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in the SaaS space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages
- Experience developing and implementing go-to-market plans
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing
- Experience partnering with sales teams to drive revenue and adoption
- Having experience in video, creative advertising, and field marketing is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $236,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
