We are looking for a product marketing leader to develop and implement our strategy for Adobe Document Cloud, working with one of our most strategic partners - Microsoft.

This position offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a strategic partnership that is driving new business growth and expanding across categories and segments. This role requires the ability to deeply understand customer needs, articulate value propositions, and bring these to market across segments and geographies.

You will need to influence and lead cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing Campaign, Sales, and Product Marketing teams - internally, and with Partner.

This person will become an internal authority on our partnership strategy, technology integrations, and advocate for the customer value of Adobe solutions. This is a high-visibility role and will require strong execution, executive presence, and strategic vision for the business and our partners!

Your Job Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy

We are evolving the business with Product Led Growth, complementing Marketing Demand Gen campaigns, and managed Sales Field motions. You will be developing and implementing growth strategies across routes to market.

Operational Execution

We offer solutions that address use cases across segments, industries, and geographies -across different routes to market. We need a business operator with a track record in leading line of business, and who instinctively seeks to put data behind our motions.

Partnerships

We are driving incremental impact to Adobe through the power of partnerships. This role needs to appreciate the value exchange between partners, and how to construct mutual outcomes that benefit the customer and both parties.

Customer Orientation & Passion for Technology

We are developing technology solutions to business problems. This role requires an intellectual curiosity for customer insights - from direct engagement and research. This position should be the internal specialist in Adobe and partner products, and directly influence our product roadmap.

Storytelling

We work cross-functionally and with partners, so we need a natural communicator who can synthesize complicated concepts into compelling, understandable narratives. We engage audiences from internal & partner collaborators, to executives, and customer personas from the end-user to the C-Suite.

Cross Functional Collaboration

We scale through collaboration - within Adobe, and with our partner, Microsoft. Our ideal candidate will be a practitioner of scaling through cross-functional partnerships. You will act as a primary marketing liaison with partner counterparts, including driving the cadence of communications and Exec-level connections.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree, or Masters degree in Marketing, Economics, Science, or related field preferred or 10+ years of marketing experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience in technology or related industries. Software/App/Cloud marketing preferred
  • Strong understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through partner ecosystems. Experience with large ISVs, specialized ISV/Solution Providers, and/or System Integrators preferred.
  • Track record in identifying customer segments and personas, deeply understanding needs, and developing tailored marketing content & programs.
  • Strong grasp of technology, its role in driving business transformation, and the software/services ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical, communications (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Highly ambitious with a strong dedication to succeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a multifaceted, rapid-growth environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $236,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
