Principal Program Lead, Financial Consulting
Job Description
Overview
The Principal Program Lead, Financial Services, is a member of the Financial Consulting team, primarily responsible for directing the team's efforts to educate Operators on financial content during all stages of their Operator journey.
The Principal Program Lead will direct the offerings of financial workshops made available to Operators and their leadership teams. These workshops could involve foundational-level financial stewardship concepts (food, labor, cash management) or specialized content for a focused group of Operators (i.e. Chick-fil-A Delivery, High Risk Audit, LEAN mindset).
In addition to market-level offerings, the Principal Program Lead will direct our educational engagements with Operators during their first year in business. These engagements could involve content delivery during Fundamentals and continuing cohort sessions throughout the first year of being an Operator. The Principal Program Lead will partner with other departments that support new Operators to ensure all parties are appropriately versed in financial stewardship principles.
The Principal Program Lead will also facilitate financial acumen education for Restaurant Team Member and CFA Staff audiences. Team Member educational opportunities could include, but are not limited to, Ascend, Operator Experience Visits, and content-specific webinars. The Principal Program Lead will partner with the Financial Transformation team to offer staff-facing financial education.
The Principal Program Lead will also contribute to the FC Center of Excellence work, assisting with Operator questions and partnering with FC Decision Resources to bring new tools and analysis to Operators and FCs.
The Principal Program Lead will act in a liaison capacity with other departments, divisions, and organizations to assist in developing deeper synergies between the FC team and other functional SMEs throughout the organization. While broad in scope, these partnerships will often be tied to efforts to improve Operator profitability or achieve cost savings for Operators and CFA Inc.
