Principal Program Manager, BI

Cornerstone is looking for a highly driven hands-on Principal, BI Program Manager to join our IT PMO team who will play a key role in leading enterprise cross-functional BI programs and projects
This is a highly visible role, hands-on role where you will be managing the BI projects, working alongside business and technical leaders on the execution of program efforts and management of BI business operations that align with the overall company strategy and goals. You are hands-on team player, that is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced and fascinating domain.
To succeed in this role, it will be necessary for you to have a natural analytical way of thinking, a collaborative working and communication style, strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization, solid change management skills, and clear sense of ownership and accountability.
In this role you will
- Proactively drive results by owning the delivery of data warehouse & analytics program, managing risks and issues, and leading to achieve desired goals while keeping cross functional teams accountable to objectives and outcomes
- Drive and Run the CSOD BI Council to drive strategic decisions on Operating Model, governance structure and program priorities
- Work closely with various stakeholders (business and IT) at all levels of the organization and across cross-functional teams, clearly and effectively communicate BI Roadmap and status of projects.
- Comfortable presenting to and leading meetings with VP and above level
- Work in hybrid and agile methodologies
- Function as a sprint master for production support enhancements sprints as needed
- Utilize change management techniques to provide clear communication and coordination within all areas affected by projects
- Create and manage methods of reporting status and efforts
- Perform Scrum Master duties including facilitating sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
You have what it takes if you have
- 15+ years of implementing Datawarehouse projects which includes data ingestion, data processing, data management and data analytics implementations in technology companies
- Experience implementing projects involving BI tools like Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt, Mulesoft, Redshift, Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and role of ETL and reporting tools in the data architecture
- Good understanding of business used cases and metrics in a SaaS or Technology business.
- 12+ years of project/program management experience, including planning and management, issues/risk management, testing, including processes, reporting, and project management tools.
- Strong proficiency in SDLC, Jira and Agile best practices
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, a self-starter
- Ability to work in hybrid and agile methodology
- Ability to function as a scrum master as needed
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with others to determine, and execute, acceptable solutions
- Demonstrated ability of working in a busy and highly collaborative environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, a self-starter
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

Total Rewards:
At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.
The base salary range for this position is: $147000 - $235200 USD
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual's pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
