Providence Health Plan is calling a Principal Program Manager, Strategy and Innovation who will:

  • Support executive leaders in establishing an adaptive strategic plan and framework to establish the 'north star', anchor decision making, and drive results
  • Support corporate-level governance and cross-functional processes and forums for efficiency and effectiveness of transformational activities
  • Manage the transformation agenda, transformation initiative roadmaps, cross-enterprise teams supporting initiatives
  • Execute successful delivery of transformational projects through the planning, execution and closure phases
  • Be a visionary individual contributor and leader
  • Provide thought leadership to the Enterprise Transformation team, functional areas, strategic partners, and vendors throughout the end-to-end transformational process
  • Rely on a matrix of executives and function leaders that serve as project sponsors and business owners
  • Quickly form strategic relationships with key executives and individual contributors across the organization, bringing the right capabilities togethers to enable alignment, realize expansion, growth, and value

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 8+ years' experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years' experience impacting the healthcare experience for members

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Coursework / Training: Completion of advanced-level educational program in business process improvement, project management, change and transition management
  • 3+ years' experience in organization transformation
  • 7+ years' experience working in or with an integrated health system; legal experience; financial accounting; change and transition management; professional consulting experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
