- Lead principal and senior mechanical, optical, and electrical engineers in the design, analysis, and testing of complex opto-mechanical systems and wearable digital displays.
- Will be the customers' and program managements technical point of contact for one or more projects of medium to high complexity.
- Work with the program manager to develop the program execution plan, and will ensure projects remain within budget, on schedule, and meets all customer and derived requirements.
- Lead proposal efforts in both the optics and digital display domains, coordinating inputs from various project engineers, generating project bids and technical volumes in support of the overall proposal effort.
- Track, report, and analyze earned value metrics as required to understand program performance and will determine appropriate actions to correct real problems before impacting overall program performance.
- Report performance to program management, leadership, and the customer as warranted.
- Report and analyze earned value metrics to track program performance.

- Ensure projects remain within budget, on schedule, and meet all customer and derived requirements.
- Travel up to 15%.
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience oran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrated application of integrated project management, technical consistent process, earned value, and risk managements for one or more programs in either an optical or digital display domain.
- Knowledge of core concepts of opto-mechanical systems and/or digital display systems
- Computer skills and the utilization of MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with conceptual, planning, and problem-solving skills across multiple projects
- Experience with SAP and Cobra preferred but not mandatory.
