Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Project Manager for the Data Comm program. Data Comm is a program within the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration's Air Transportation System Initiative and L3Harris Technologies is a key member of that Team. The Project Manager will manage the internal and/or external operational aspects of ongoing projects within the program to successful completion.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee internal and/or external operational aspects of ongoing projects within a program; External aspects require leadership and broad expertise across a multitude of disciplines; Internal aspects may include leading a subset of the project's scope or interface between project management and planning, project team, and line management • Influence the adoption of practices, approaches, and concepts across multiple disciplines • Review status of projects and budgets • Manage schedules and prepare status reports • Ensure that all resources such as engineering, manpower, and facilities are available to support the project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Existing Clearance is desireable
