Principal Prospect and Systems Management Analyst

Job Description

The Principal Prospect and Systems Management Analyst is a member of the Prospect and Systems Management Team, which is comprised of five key functional areas: systems management, data analysis and reporting, prospect management, research, and pipeline development. The Principal Analyst will work collaboratively with caregivers throughout the South Division Philanthropy, Community Health and Health Equity teams to manage data, develop strategies and provide guidance on policies and processes that drive engagement with donors, prospects and other community members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years in nonprofit development and/or prospect management related work experience, preferably in a health care or education setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Visual reporting software experience (i.e. Microsoft PowerBi, Tableau, Vengage, etc.)

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
