Principal Real World Evidence/ Outcomes Research

Verana Health is looking for a Principal Real World Evidence/ Outcomes Research who can lead early engagement with customers to collaboratively build opportunities converting RWD to RWE strategies. We see this person as a senior level, seasoned individual contributor, reporting up through the commercial organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business development to seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with customers to understand project objectives and stakeholder needs, and build solutions to achieve goals.
• Take a lead role in proposal development to ensure that actionable, on-target and timely proposals are provided to clients.
• Available as an internal resource for project teams to ensure achievement of efficient and effective project delivery.
• Represent customer view and needs to internal teams to inform internal strategies and areas of future focus.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years life sciences consulting experience or equivalent .
• PharmD, Master's/PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics (or related) or bachelors degree with 10+ years experience.
• Strong experience around innovative study design.
• Experience in Clinical Development and Clinical Trials, within Pharma and/or CRO.
• Extensive experience designing and executing retrospective database studies for life sciences.
• Experience with RWD sources and RWE strategies.
• Knowledge of FDA/regulatory guidelines and future focus.
• Familiar with sell and deliver model, or sales and delivery experience.
• Consulting experience preferred.
