We’re looking for team members who align with our values mission and goals – while also meeting the minimum qualifications below. The preferred qualifications are a bonus not a requirement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +10 yrs experience).

• Typically 12+ years of related experience.

• Certification: varies by business system.

• Extensive understanding of IT systems software configuration CI/CD engineering and/or business processes.

• Expertise in software environments and upgrades.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell) for automation and process improvement.

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.

• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and cloud-native application development.

• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).

• Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and techniques including machine learning and AI.

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API management.

• Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and initiatives.

• Experience in leading and mentoring other analysts.

Pay Range:

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills education experience internal equity and market competitiveness.
