WHO YOU ARE

You are a ServiceNow Product Owner who works with business and technology stakeholders and product teams to develop and communicate the ServiceNow product vision and capability roadmap to deliver and sustain the end-to-end client experience. You define the product vision based on client needs, ensure the implementation team is prioritizing and delivering the highest value capabilities and ensure client adoption and continuous improvement. You have a broad understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform, best practices and standards. You are passionate about delivering best in class ServiceNow capabilities and maximizing the value delivered and return on investment.

Furthermore:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree and bring 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• You have experience with the ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, DevOps, APM, Vulnerability, HR, GRC and Integration HUB
• You have a background working within the ITIL and IT Service Management discipline
• You have demonstrated experience designing and re-engineering processes to meet organizational goals, improve efficiency and reduce risk
• You are able to present and influence all levels of management and executive leadership
• You have demonstrated commitment to continual learning of ServiceNow best practices and standards including actively participating in the ServiceNow community forums.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Service Now Product Owner in the Production Assurance team you are responsible for defining and communicating the ServiceNow product vision and delivery roadmap. You will partner with the ServiceNow product family owners, process owners and IT leadership to inform the product vision, backlog prioritization and delivery releases. You are responsible for the product life cycle of the ServiceNow platform including the conception of new modules, product upgrades, 3rd party integrations and module replacement when appropriate. You will own the ServiceNow vendor relationship. The role will report to the Head of Production Assurance.
