Job Description

Within the Services capability of the Schneider Digital / End to End Customer Relationship practice, you will be responsible to design and deliver the required E2E ERP solutions to support the business transformation related to bFS program for service execution.

As the functional lead, you will be responsible for the design of the solution related to all SAP ERPs and contribute to the design of the new S4HPC solution for services domain.

More specifically your responsibilities are to:

• Design E2E ERP solutions in close collaboration with the Services business, and particularly the Line of Business team.

• Ensure the business requirements are well captured and the needs of various countries are considered in the newly defined solution.

• Make sure the solution is scalable to accommodate the differences and global in nature.

• Supervise the implementation of the design and test of the solution across the different platforms to deliver the E2E functionalities (bFO, CPQ, SAP ERP, bFS).

• Make sure that the right teams are informed for run mode.
• Ensure the feedback loop trough deployment in the countries, to implement the required evolutions and enhancements through releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Engineering degree

• In-depth knowledge of the CS module of SAP and its upstream and downstream integrations/impacts

• Reasonable understanding of the services business.

• Experience in working with multi-technology integrated systems and ability to manage integration and communication between systems and teams.

• Ability to think out of the box SAP solutions so that they can fit in an integrated environment.

• Work towards issue resolution and continuous improvement focussed on SAP areas.

• Ability to manage strict UAT timelines and provide solutions/work arounds on the go.

• Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business transformation, as well as global programs.

• Work experience with global stake holders.
