Principal Solution Architect

As a Principal Solution Architect in the Presales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by providing strategic technical expertise during the presales phase. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, understanding client requirements, and designing cutting-edge solutions that meet their needs. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, business insight, and excellent communication skills to effectively articulate complex solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Presales Leadership:

• Lead and guide the presales team in designing high-impact solutions for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with sales executives to understand client needs, pain points, and strategic objectives.

Solution Design:

• Architect innovative and scalable solutions that align with client requirements and showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
• Develop detailed technical proposals and documentation for client presentations.

Technical Expertise:

• Serve as the primary technical authority, demonstrating deep knowledge of our products/services and industry best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Client Engagement:

• Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations to articulate the technical benefits of our solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and instilling confidence in our capabilities.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product development teams to provide valuable feedback based on client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance our presales process and offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a presales capacity within the software industry in Japan.
• In-depth knowledge of testing, DevOps and ERP technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities within a technical team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
