Principal Solutions Architect - Remote

Zywave is looking for a Principal Solutions Architect to join our growing RevTech team! In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing individual and team performance related to the usage of Salesforce.com by working across multiple business functions to identify, document, and implement streamlined business processes. You will be managing and supporting our custom workflows as well as managing data governance initiatives to drive consistent and proper handling of data across our business.

What you will do

• Manage architectural design, development, and deployment of the enterprise's overall systems
• Defines system solutions based on user/client needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms
• Researches, identifies, selects, and tests technology products required for solution delivery
• Establishes, implements, and documents the technology integration or migration strategies
• The position requires staying on top of the industry trend and new technologies for the system architecture
• Completes advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge
• Provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization

Factors for Success

• Bachelors degree
• 10 years of experience
• Ability to provide leadership and mentor others on the team
• Strong ability to work independently with little guidance
