Job Description:

• Lead the analysis and elicitation of customer requirements for automotive front camera applications.
• Decompose and Develop system level requirements based on customer requirements.
• Ensure cross discipline alignment of system artifact content and technical maturity according to project schedule and Design Content Roll Out Plan
• Manage product requirements consistently across projects, in compliance with approved
  processes and tools like IBM Doors.
• Create and maintain system architecture design using tools like IBM Rhapsody.
• Manage Requirements traceability across V Cycle.
• System Requirements & Architecture Project Planning & Execution
• Create requirements to fill any gaps between Core (R&D) and customer requirements.
• Develop and drive on time delivery of all System Engineering work products such as System Specifications
• Liaise with customer to discuss specific issues on product requirements to improve efficiency, performance, quality etc.
• Work with Safety team to develop Technical Safety Requirements.
• Create System FMEA & System FTA
• Support the team by developing and demonstrating correct processes, templates for tools such as DOORS and Rhapsody.
• Support the team in problem resolution and change management activities.
• Follow industry standards like ISO26262, ASPICE processes and support Audits to meet customer demands.
• Drive resolution of open issues related to Requirements Engineering and Systems Engineering

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with DOORS & Rhapsody
• Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, etc. tools.
• Good understanding of the 'V' cycle and change management
• Self-motivated results-driven individual, agile and passionate about creating cutting edge ADAS Safety products.
• Have worked in an engineering organization, in systems, software or electronics engineering
• Experience in applying methods for
  • Project Management
  • Requirements Management
  • System Architecture Design
  • Automotive SPICE
  • Functional Safety Management ISO26262

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, electrical, software or similar discipline).
• 8+ years of experience in Automotive Industry
• Troubleshooting, Debugging Hardware/Software, Failure Mode Analysis.
• Some level of experience in working on ADAS Safety Systems.
