We’re looking for a Principal Systems Test Engineer to join our dynamic team and take our cutting-edge video and MTI (Moving Target Indicator) data distribution software to the next level.

About the Role:

As a Principal Systems Test Engineer, you will:

• Lead and execute comprehensive system testing for video and MTI data distribution software on a Kubernetes and Docker-based platform.
• Design and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Identify, analyze, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects promptly.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, product management, QA) to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video processing, data distribution, and cloud-native technologies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior test engineers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8+ years of software testing experience, with a strong focus on system testing.
• US citizenship required, and eligibility for DoD Secret Clearance.
• Skills: Expertise in video processing, data distribution, and networking concepts, plus proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and cloud platforms (especially AWS).
• Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Problem-Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.
• Collaborator: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and within teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and/or the combined equivalent of education and experience.

Cubic Pay Range:

$115,000 – $148,842 + benefits.

*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.
