Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, College Recruitment
Job Description
SUMMARY
The College Recruiter will act as our liaison with colleges/universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates. They will develop a plan based on schools near our Boca Raton office that have majors related to our openings and attend host campus recruiting events to build an appropriate pipeline of talent for our entry level hires and internship programs. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a technical industry or the incident response industry combined with proven experience attracting and screening candidates for onsite roles, creating a shortlist of qualified individuals, and engaging with potential candidates as well as hiring managers to enhance our employer brand.
The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, College Recruitment is an important member of our Human Resources department helping with our holistic mission to serve our clients by transforming the way organizations prepare for, respond to, and prevent cybercrime.
This role reports to the Executive Vice President, People and is based in our Boca Raton, FL headquarters. We are located in the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC).
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a thoughtful plan for which campuses and schools we should partner with based on the internal skill demands. This plan will include needed budgets and estimates of how many students with each skillset we can hire from each school in the plan.
- Communicate and get internal feedback and stakeholder support for the college recruitment plan and budget.
- Execute against the plan by conducting full life cycle recruitment.
- Host in-house events and activities for students and fresh graduates by department or field.
- Attend college career fairs, communicate with students and promote our employer brand image.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates and perform skills evaluation tests for junior and entry-level positions to filter candidates within schedule.
- Use the Workday system to provide status and report on all candidate and recruitment activity.
- Champion our culture and drive throughout the candidate screening process.
- Promote company's reputation as "best place to work" and include core values into the interview process.
- Assist in onboarding new employees to become fully integrated.
- Report on recruiting metrics after every career event including the number of candidates interviewed and procured.
- Promote current job openings through online and offline alumni communities.
- Contact university career counselors and provide informational materials about our entry-level position programs.
- Design and place print promotional ads on college campuses.
- Post job ads and source potential applicants via web-based networking or social media groups.
- Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with universities and other educational institutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Requires bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field; master's degree preferred
- 6+ years' experience working as an HR Recruiter, Recruitment Lead or a similar role.
- Professional experience in hiring for onsite entry-level roles is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with different candidate evaluation procedures.
- Knowledge of resume databases and applicant tracking systems (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with Arete salary and benefit policy.
FLSA OVERTIME CATEGORY
Job is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
