Principal, Tech Proj/Program Manager - Platform Integration

DIRECTV is seeking a Principal Tech Project/Program Manager to serve as the lead technical PM for the Platform Technology team. This leader's initial primary focus will be ensuring we successfully implement two tools by the end of 2023 - our customer data platform ("CDP") and our new campaign manager ("CM"). This includes managing all timelines, gathering/combining business requirements, creating short and long-term implementation / transition plans, and holding the team accountable for meeting deadlines. It also includes creating the artifacts associated with this management. Other responsibilities of the role include:

• Leading the development of communications for all MarTech projects (timelines, business requirements, goals/KPIs, etc.).
• Performing quality control on projects throughout development and execution to maintain the standards expected by the organization.
• Overseeing Technology Platform's roadmap tracking including adjusting schedules and targets as needs or financing change.
• Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience, or relevant digital experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud and/or Braze.
• Experience with Tealium CDP preferred.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote
The US base salary range for this Principal Tech Project/Program Manager full-time position is $96,140 - $174,570 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
