delivers confidence to customers around the world. We are looking for candidates who
have strong program management experience with deep technical understanding in a
platform context, customer empathy, strong execution capability, and a track record of
building strong business partnerships and delivering impactful business results.
Responsibilities
- Kickstart multi-org programs, aligning disparate leaders and programs on single program outcomes
- Create program structures that empower multi-org and distributed teams to achieve successful outcomes
- Manage program dependencies, reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications
- Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes
- Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence
- Drive/challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes
- Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit's technical & business strategy
- Bring outside-in learnings to the team
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Develop a close working relationship with the stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers
- Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues
