Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to drive implementation of Aptiv's Custom Semiconductor Programs.
Your Role:
- Lead implementation of multiple cross-functional strategic custom semiconductor programs to realize Aptiv's Semiconductor & IP Strategy
- Own execution planning and distill objectives into tactical plans & tasks for Aptiv's in-house and subcontractor engineering teams to execute against
- Plan and coordinate activities and resources to successfully realize targets; resolve or escalate issues and risks
- Map out project dependencies and the most efficient sequencing of project tasks
- Define initiative KPIs and track performance against KPIs
- Engage with the both internal and external stakeholders as well as the top management team
- Interfacing and driving silicon issues within multi-functional teams: Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, Module, System Hardware and Core Software.
- Drive technical sessions with suppliers/design partners to supervise and follow-up on issues/concerns
- Focused issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status
- Set timely reviews with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve technical and management level issues.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management for semiconductor programs.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in technical program or project management for semiconductor programs
- 20+ years experience in semiconductor industry
- End-to-end silicon life cycle
- Experience with 3rd party IP selection and contract execution
- Experience with SoC vendor selection and contract execution
- Domain expertise in automotive
- Understanding of product development or systems engineering life cycle, requirements development and decomposition, and system validation
- Experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, or other related fields
- Ability to operate under ambiguity and adapt to changing environment and requirements
- Strong technical and nontechnical communication skills
- Ability to prepare and present executive-ready presentations

Salary Range: $165,000 - $300,000
*As a candidate for this position, your salary and will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Aptiv considers relevant to the hiring decision.
