Principal Technical Recruiter
Job Description
What you'll work on:
- Partner closely with engineering and product team leads to understand hiring needs
- Identify sources of high caliber candidates and map out the market
- Source and engage passive candidates to build engineering teams, with a focus on diversity, leveraging our recruiting platforms and systems
- Screen potential candidates and see them through the hiring process
- Identify new ways to build awareness of opportunities at Alert Innovation
- Take a data-driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to other recruiters and the People Ops teams
- Identify and participate in tech events to network with engineering professionals
What are we looking for?
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment supporting multiple hiring teams
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and closing
- Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
- Experience building solid relationships with hiring managers and senior executives
- Strong project management skills and experience building, refining, and iterating on recruiting processes
- Business acumen, team facilitation, independent thinking, and ownership for execution
- A passion for robotics and/or entrepreneurship
