*Role is open to US Remote, though will require EST availability.

The Technology Solutions Principal devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Technology Solutions Principal provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience.

This is a high profile position with opportunity for executive level stakeholder influencing.

Responsibilities

The Technology Solutions Principal acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies. Advises one or more areas, programs or functions and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance, and as an advanced subject matter expert competent to work at very high levels in multiple knowledge and functional areas across the enterprise.

*The Technology Solutions Principal will be experienced with and capable of thriving in an environment with high degree of ambiguity and knows how to convert high level requirements into actionable plans.

Required Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree, in some instances a Master's or Doctorate's degree, and 10+ years of technical experience, or equivalent, and 2-5 years of project/people leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Humana/Business acumen
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Humana IT ecosystem
• Thorough understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity aspects
• Thorough understanding of IT development lifecycles, IT prioritization/finances
• Ability to work with external consulting firms in leading implementations.
• Experience in development Technology strategy (capability maturity, roadmaps, investments, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex matrix transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence
