We are a multi-disciplined Research, Design, and Development team that has an established seat at the R&D table. We have a voice and it helps shape the direction of our division.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Research/Interaction Designer you will contribute to and participate in the following:

• Design Thinking Workshops
• Usability Studies
• Common Metrics tracking
• Customer Engagement
• Agile planning and prioritization
• Features and Improvements derived from customer feedback
• Innovative pattern development

Candidate Requirements

• A degree or experience in HCI, Cognitive Research, UX Design or other related field.
• Bachelor's + 12+ years of experience is required
• Experience or training in Design Thinking and Usability Studies a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience with Enterprise Software UX a plus
• Mainframe experience a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $210,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
