Job Purpose

We are looking for a candidate who will be a key member of our Value Engineering (VE) team to support and assist our Enterprise Sales and Partnership teams in designing and presenting MX solutions to prospective clients and partners. As a member of the Sales organization, you will be the heartbeat of our go-to-market strategy with responsibility for the pre-sales value engineering process. You will also lead workshops for new clients to define success metrics. What you'll get to
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for multiple products and solutions, including staying up-to-date on new features and functionality
  • Build value calculators, ROI models, and other KPI that drive business objectives
  • Establish compelling events library tied to use cases and dollar value
  • Teach Solution Consultants, Account Executives, and others involved in the sales process how to find and illustrate value
  • Improve onboarding and customer satisfaction by aligning identified value and use-cases to measurable business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging and positioning of MX solutions
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on customer needs and product opportunities
  • Attend industry events to establish MX's role as an industry leader


You'll do it using your
  • 5+ years of value engineering, Financial Institution Operations, and/or enterprise software experience
  • Economics, statistic, and modeling background
  • Sales experience
  • Proven skills in building ROI and business case models
  • Ability to teach and enable others
  • Skills leading a customer-facing "value workshop"
  • Enthusiasm and passion for building something world-class
  • Experience driving innovation in an enterprise SaaS pre-sales environment
  • Experience building onboarding and training material
  • Experience in measuring outcomes of strategic initiatives within Financial Institutions
  • Experience implementing digital transformation technology initiatives in the Financial Services industry
