Salary Range / Rate: Base $200,000 - $280,000 + Bonus + Stock

Responsibilities
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

• Lead the programming model design for DSA.
• Drive the frond-end compiler support, backend code generation and optimizations for DSA.
• Lead the design the graph and operator compiler for AI workload.
• Build system-level performance analysis and optimizations.
• Participate in defining the future generations of accelerators.

Requirements

• MS/PhD degree with 5+ years of experience in compiler implementation and optimizations.
• Solid understanding of computer architecture and strong experience in hardware-software co-design.
• Extensive hands-on experiences in LLVM/MLIR/TVM compiler infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills and willing to work with multi-region teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of domain specific languages, especially for heterogenous programming.
• Deep understanding of AI frameworks and models, especially LLMs.
• Knowledge of RISC-V architecture and vector extensions.
• Proven track record of open-source project design and development.
