Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of Front-End projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to technical standards.
• Provide expert-level knowledge in core Front-End technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Architect and implement complex Front-End applications using React and Next.js, leveraging modern rendering paradigms and design patterns.
• Mentor and coach a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, Back-End engineers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless and scalable Front-End solutions. 

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in Front-End development, with a strong focus on React and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of React rendering lifecycle, architectural patterns, and modern Front-End paradigms.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire teams of engineers.
• Excellent client communication skills, including conducting technical demos and advising clients on technical needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
