Job Description
On-call Support
Ad-hoc Hazardous duty travel is required in the conduct of this task order. SPOT, LOAs, CAC cards, weapons training, issuance of TA-50 gear and deployment center processing may be required. The contractor may bill costs for TTO COR directed purchases of food to support PROGRAM Government conferences and meetings.
Provide activities, research, and support to engineering efforts and maintenance of the site front end access systems, SSE, OSCE, and related normalizing enablers for FOPs.
Provide continuous data and reports to help evaluate State of Mission / State of Health effectiveness.
Provide Monthly Reports, which reflect:
Resource Evaluation: This process involves evaluating how well the collection equipment is functioning. Is the collection suite sufficient to handle the tasking associated with the access?
Mission Information Evaluation: How well the mission is being accomplished by the collection activity.
Provide technical guidance and suggested improvements to operational techniques as appropriate.
Make recommendations of and adjustments to a signals processing activity's tasking.
Troubleshoots the System when required.
Become the resident expert on your System.
Attend meetings related to your Collection System.
Daily checks of the Sustained Collection activity.
Collect daily performance statistics.
Provide input to the Operations Brief when required.
Attend Operations Brief when directed.
Provide operational impact assessments on any/all engineering system changes and/or designs.
Conduct / perform signals processing surveys as directed.
Coordinate with mission partners to streamline processes, improve environmental tasking and system monitoring, efficiency and resolve problems.
Participate in System Operational Testing and Evaluation.
Perform system optimization as directed.
MANDATORY SKILLS: Part time or training (possible 8 hours per training session, 4 to 5 times per year).
Perform full lifecycle support to the customer on complex data systems and networks.
Provide solutions to the customer applying expertise with systems engineering and networks/components to support.
Provide technical guidance to the customer in relation to signals processing systems.??
Candidate should possess a BS in CS, CE or EE degree or be actively pursuing a technical degree.
Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI Clearance with .

Candidate must possess the following skills:
LINUX or UNIX administration/maintenance experience
Some knowledge of signals processing systems useful
Some knowledge of signals processing dataflows useful
Ability to perform in a team environment
Candidates possessing system administration and/or network engineering backgrounds will be considered if they have the above skillset.
